Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Other Cities: 3–5 working days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Standard delivery charges apply based on your location.
• Free shipping may be offered on selected deals or minimum order value (if applicable).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details (address & contact number) are correct. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images for assistance.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure availability to receive and pay for your order at the time of delivery.
